विभाग के बारे में

विभाग का इतिहास

उच्च शिक्षा विभाग की वृद्धि और विकास की एक समृद्ध विरासत है। यहाँ इसके कुछ महत्वपूर्ण मील के पत्थरों की संक्षिप्त समयरेखा दी गई है:

1948
राज्य शिक्षा विभाग की स्थापना की गई, जिसने राज्य में शिक्षा प्रशासन की संगठित शुरुआत को चिह्नित किया।
1949
विभाग का नेतृत्व मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाता था, जिन्हें चार जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षकों और एक महिला पर्यवेक्षक द्वारा सहायता प्रदान की जाती थी।
1950
मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी के पद का नाम बदलकर उप-निदेशक शिक्षा कर दिया गया।
1950-51
प्रथम पंचवर्षीय योजना लागू की गई, जिसमें शिक्षा क्षेत्र के सुधार पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
